PineappleHR is a state-of-the-art technology company. Our innovative, enterprise grade, all-in-one HR software is latest, but we are veterans in the HR Technology & benefits worlds. At PineappleHR, we want to change the way employees interact, contribute and feel about their work and their employer. Why do most heart attacks happen on Monday mornings? You guessed it! The most employees hate going to work. PineappleHR wants to help change this statistic by providing every employers a robust HR platform. Sure, we can’t change everything about the work world, but we can prevent stressful workplace situations by helping employees feel good about their work and their employer.

We also donate $1 per year per employee in our system to make the world a better (work)place. We sincerely express our gratitude to Eli Broad for inspiring us to start donating early and by convincing us that we don’t have to be a billion dollar company to do that (even though we’d like to be a billion dollar company and we are on our way there!). We thank you for being a user of our system and for being a part of our philanthropy.

At the same time, we are on a mission to make the day to day tasks of human capital and financial management much easier for Human Resource teams, Financial & Business Executives, and their employees. We create a substantial cost savings by eliminating almost all of the paperwork, providing access to all important information and documents on-demand, and ensuring that employers are in full compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and current labor laws. Our tools make life easier for HR and Finance departments, Executives, Office Managers and Corporate Boards.
